As Hitit Gümrük and Hitit Trans, providers of customs brokerage and logistics services, we operate within the scope of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) with the following commitments and objectives:
- To protect the information assets of HITIT GROUP against all threats, whether internal or external, intentional or unintentional
- To ensure access to information in line with business processes as required
- To meet legal and regulatory requirements
- To ensure the continuity of the three core elements of the Information Security Management System in all activities
Three Core Elements:
- Confidentiality: Preventing unauthorised access to sensitive information
- Integrity: Demonstrating that the accuracy and completeness of information is maintained
- Availability: Ensuring that authorised persons can access information when required
We also commit to the following objectives:
- To address the security of all data — not only electronically stored data but also written, printed, verbal and similar formats
- To raise awareness by providing Information Security Management training to all staff
- To report all actual or suspected vulnerabilities to the ISMS Team and ensure they are investigated
- To prepare, maintain and test business continuity plans
- To identify existing risks through periodic assessments
- To prevent disputes and conflicts of interest arising from contracts
- To meet business requirements for information availability and information systems
